Nile green, what an interesting color, but perfect for my little redhead Frances. This ball dress is made of a silk lining with a fine silk overlay, that is so thin it's almost not there. Vintage lace was used for the ruffles on skirt and bodice. Tiny little lace bows were added at sleeves and under the little pink rosebuds.
She will be the hit of the ball season in this gown, but it's not her only one.
Next is another afternoon dress.
I hope you aren't bored with all these clothes for tiny dolls. I have 3 more gowns to make for my little china head doll and I will move up to another china head a bit bigger. Questions are always welcome.
