Frances has a lovely red velveteen jacket and matching skirt for those winter days, when she must go out, be it visiting, or shopping. The Jacket is a velveteen and lined. The skirt is a red silky like fabric of a little heavier weight then what has been used for summer. It is trimmed out with a loopy chenille trim on the three layers of ruffles. The skirt has a dimi train, but other then that this outfit it fairly simple.
The hat is a straw, the same burgundy color as the outfit. Trimmed with the loopy trim and silk ribbons, it complements the outfit nicely, but does not detract from it.
